Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ArnabDznsstore (the "Store") and every digital product purchased or downloaded through it. By creating an account, browsing, or making a purchase, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Store.

All items sold on the Store are digital goods (such as UI kits, templates, code bundles, fonts, PDFs and other design or development assets). Nothing physical will be shipped.

After a successful payment, your purchase is delivered instantly to your account Library, from where you can download it. You must be signed in to the same account that made the purchase to access downloads.

Each purchase grants you a single, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the product in your own personal or commercial projects. You buy once and the product remains in your Library.

Under this license you may NOT:

• Resell, relicense, sublicense, rent or lease any product, in whole or in part, whether modified or not.
• Redistribute, share, publish or upload the product files (or derivative extractions of them) to any marketplace, file-sharing service, public repository or community.
• Claim authorship or ownership of the original product or register it under any intellectual-property right.
• Share your account or Library access so others can obtain products without purchasing.

All intellectual-property rights in the products remain with ArnabDzns. Violation of this section terminates your license immediately and may lead to account suspension and legal action.

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay in Indian Rupees (INR). We never see or store your card, UPI or banking credentials. A purchase is considered "successful" once the payment is captured and confirmed by our payment provider.

Because products are digital and delivered instantly, all sales are final once a purchase is successful, with one exception:

• You may request a refund within 5 minutes of a successful purchase by contacting hello@arnabdzns.com with your order details.
• After this 5-minute window, no refunds, returns, exchanges or credits are provided for any reason, including change of mind or accidental purchase.
• Duplicate charges or payments captured without product delivery are always refunded in full after verification.

You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activity under your account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Store, attempt to circumvent payment or download protections, or engage in fraudulent activity.

• No scraping, crawling or bulk-downloading of the Store.
• No attempts to bypass authentication, signed download links or payment verification.
• No use of the Store or its products for unlawful, harmful or infringing purposes.

We aim for high availability but the Store is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. We may modify, replace or discontinue products, prices or features at any time. Purchased items remain available in your Library for as long as the Store operates.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ArnabDzns shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Store or any product. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Store after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
