Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what information ArnabDzns ("we", "us") collects when you use the Store, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We collect the minimum needed to run a digital product store well.

2. Information we collect

Account data — your name, email address and profile picture, provided through our authentication provider (Clerk) when you sign up or sign in.
Purchase data — which products you bought, when, and payment status. Payments are processed by Razorpay; we never see or store your card, UPI or banking details.
Download activity — we log downloads of purchased products to protect against abuse and account sharing.
Usage analytics — anonymous-by-default product analytics (PostHog) and error reports (Sentry) that help us fix bugs and improve the Store.

3. How we use your information

To create and secure your account.
To deliver purchases to your Library and verify ownership before downloads.
To send transactional emails (such as purchase confirmations and download access) via Resend.
To prevent fraud, abuse and unauthorized redistribution.
To diagnose errors and improve performance.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not send marketing email without your consent.

4. Cookies

We use strictly-necessary cookies for authentication and session management, and lightweight analytics cookies to understand how the Store is used. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser without breaking purchases or downloads.

5. Third-party services

We rely on a small set of processors, each receiving only what they need: Clerk (authentication), Razorpay (payments), Supabase (database & file storage), Resend (transactional email), PostHog (analytics) and Sentry (error monitoring). Each operates under its own privacy policy.

6. Data retention

Account and purchase records are kept for as long as your account exists (and as required for tax and accounting law). Analytics and error logs are retained for a limited period and then deleted or anonymized.

7. Your rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing hello@arnabdzns.com. Deleting your account removes your personal data, though we may retain minimal purchase records where the law requires.

8. Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit (HTTPS). Product files live in private storage and are only served through short-lived, signed, ownership-checked links. Access to production systems is restricted and audited.

9. Children

The Store is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
